The breakfasts for what it's worth. The rooms were reasonably spacious and luxurious and with 3 double beds and a fridge and microwave. Location: the hotel was so close to Bryce Canyon national park and a tourist area in summer.

The room at Adobe Sands Motel was surprisingly spacious and had a unique retro chic decor. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a window, which was a nice touch. The motel also provided free WiFi and a complimentary breakfast. Despite some minor issues like chipped tiles in the shower and a slightly dated carpet, the room was clean. The location of the motel between Bryce and Zion was convenient, and there were good restaurants nearby. The owner and his family were friendly and even upgraded us to a larger room. I had a decent stay and would recommend this motel for its reasonable price and friendly service.

The motel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easily accessible to the national parks and other attractions. It offers a unique and comfortable experience, with barbecue and campfire areas for guests to enjoy with their friends and family. The staff provides high-quality service and the manager is doing a great job. Additionally, the motel offers a free American breakfast, adding to the convenience and value for money.
The motel experienced plumbing problems during a guest's stay, leading to delays and inconvenience in the check-in process.

Worst hotel on our trip
b General information: /b There was no internet service as the web site mentions. br/ b Location and surroundings: /b It is in the town closest to Bryce Canyon and quiet. br/ b Service: /b We were informed that the washcloths were still being washed when we arrived. At 8 pm we were finally able to get some. We did not have Internet service as the website says. br/ b Dining: /b There is no garden restaurant on the premises as the hotel web site says. The breakfast we had consisted of frozen egg and bacon sandwiches that you heat up in the microwave. You could toast a frozen muffin. There was nothing to drink when we arrived. There is no other food service onsite but there are several restaurants in town. br/ b Room: /b The refrigerator in our room did not work. The cord on the coffee maker was too short and did not reach the outlet from the table. There was no coffee or tea provided with the coffee maker. The hot water heater was in the room behind a panel that was falling down. All night I could see a flashing light from it. The TV hung off the wall so you had to be careful not to hit your head as you walked by. There was a table with only one chair. There was no place to hang clothes except 1 hook behind the bathroom door. There were no 3 prong outlets so some of our stuff could not be plugged in. The beds were lumpy. The shower had been remodeled and there was hot water. There was no stopper in our bathroom sink. We could not see Panguitch Lake from our room as the web site says-it is 17 miles away. br/

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the national parks in the desert. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Plus, the parking was convenient and hassle-free.
Couldn’t fault.

The location was ideal, as it was just a short drive to both Red Canyon and Bryce National Park. The room had a lovely Native American decor and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing any issues that arose. The picnic area with a firepit was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing in the evening. a convenient and pleasant stay.
There was a minor issue with the showerhead being rusty, but it didn't impact the overall experience too much.
